Evansville Mayor, Johnathan Weinzapfel is lobbying the EPA to keep them from temporarily storing lead contaminated soil in the Jacobsville area, near Glenwood Middle School. Mayor Weinzapfel proposes that the contaminated soil instead be transferred directly to a landfill.
