HENDERSON, KY - KSP said Officer Eugene Zell was taken to the hospital following a late night accident at the intersection of Green & Richardson Streets.  Troopers said 22-year-old Travis Chester pulled out in front of him at the intersection.  They said Chester was not hurt in the accident.
