[Full Article] CommentEVANSVILLE - Samuel Manley was sentenced to 15 years in prison for causing a fatal wreck while fleeing from police. Manley pleaded guilty in April to causing the crash that killed Kyle Parker last September. Police said officers tried to pull over Manley for driving recklessly, but the teen fled. The chase ended when he crashed into Parker near North High School.
