EVANSVILLE - Former EPD officer Martin Montgomery is on trial accused of forcing two women into sex acts while on duty.  Vanderburgh County Prosecutor Stan Levco told us both victims testified in court on Monday. He said the prosecution could rest its case as early as Tuesday.
